Sark’s job level will be increased to 1, and his title is Blood Pack grunt. The Blood Pack isn’t much interested in stealth or information brokerage, but working with them as a grunt-level mercenary will enable Sark to more easily maneuver into those fields if you’re interested in going that route. The typical jobs he’ll be given are along the same lines as you’ve outlined here; grunt work will generally involve getting his hands dirty, so he may be sent out to guard black-market shipments, provide extra muscle on hits, and so forth. You’re free to NPC this as you wish; Sark would need to spend some time at level 1 before increasing in job levels -- in merc terms, becoming more than a grunt.
